We appreciate you buying at The Funhouse! Our goal is to deliver your item to you as soon as possible while maintaining safety. All of the information on our shipping schedule and methods is provided below.

  1. Shipment Addresses
    At the moment, we ship to:
    • Every province in South Africa
    • International locations that have been chosen (check availability at checkout)

  2. Time Spent Processing
    • After payment is verified, orders are handled in one to three business days.
    • Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be handled the next working day.
    Processing can take a little longer during times of strong demand (such as launches or sales), but we’ll keep you informed.
  3. Delivery Schedules & Procedures
    To guarantee a secure and tracked delivery, we work with reputable courier providers (such as Courier Guy, PUDO, Aramex, or others).
    South Africa (Shipping Domestically)
    • Normal delivery time: two to five business days following shipment
    • If possible, expedited delivery: 1-2 business days following shipment
    • Outlying and remote areas: 3–7 business days
    International Shipping (Optional)
    • Delivery windows range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the location.
    • The customer is liable for any applicable import tariffs, customs fees, or taxes.
  4. Cost of Shipping
    • At checkout, shipping costs are determined by your order size and region.
    • We occasionally run discounts with free delivery, so check out our homepage or sign up for our newsletter!
  5. Monitoring Orders
    An email confirming the shipment of your order will be sent to you along with:
    • A tracking number
    • A link to track the progress of your package

    While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays can occasionally happen due to:

    We are not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will do everything we can to assist you.
  7. Inaccurate or Missed Deliveries
    • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
    • If you provided the wrong delivery address, we won’t be responsible once the item is delivered. At checkout, please make sure your address is correct.
