Refund and Returns Policy

The Funhouse Return Policy:
We appreciate your purchases from The Funhouse! We want your purchase to be a success. We are available to assist you if, for any reason, you are not quite happy with your order.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Items may be returned within seven days of delivery as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:
    • The item is in its original condition, unworn and unused.
    • The original packing and tags are still in place.
    • The item has not been altered, cleaned, or damaged.
    • You can present evidence of purchase, such as an invoice or email confirming your order.
    Regretfully, we are unable to accept returns for clearance or sale products
    • Cards for gifts
    • Items that are listed in the product description as “non-returnable”
    • Personal or intimate goods (such as swimsuit or knickers)
  2. How to Send an Item Back:
    Please take these actions to start a return:
    • Within seven days after receiving your order, send us an email with your order number at funhouse.cookd@gmail.com.
    • If the item is broken or faulty, include photos together with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Following approval, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Note: Unless the item came damaged or wrong, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses.

  1. Items that are damaged or incorrect
    • If you received a defective, damaged, or inaccurate item: Contact us at funhouse.cookd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide crisp images of the problem.
    • At no extra expense to you, we will either replace the item (if stock is available) or provide a complete refund.
  2. Compensation
    We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as your return has been received and examined.
    • Within seven to ten business days of approval, a refund will be sent to the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are not refundable unless we made a mistake.
  3. Exchanges
    Direct exchanges are not available at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order if you would prefer a different size, style, or product.
  4. Missed or delayed reimbursements:
    After ten business days, check with your bank or payment processor if you haven’t received your refund.
